This one's pretty self-explanatory. I post a poll (generally a list of characters from a game), you vote on which one you'd like to see next. When I think it's time to do another model from a particular game, I'll do the one with the most votes, then strike that item from the poll and start it over again.
This should generally be used in conjunction with the Project List, which will let you know what I've already got planned (i.e. if anything's missing from the list, it means I'm probably already planning to do it).
